Horrible experience as a woman with these movers! I felt very uncomfortable being alone with them. Poor communication prior to appointment getting texts from multiple numbers. Showed up 2 hours late and then proceeded to tell me they start charging time when they leave North Denver. I talked to U-Haul and they said that is NOT allowed and time starts being charged at start of labor. Extremely inappropriate comments about being criminals and sharing personal details of family and fights they’ve been in. Completely lollygagged the whole time, at one point even sitting in a chair they were supposed to be moving to show me photos of their fiancé and family while I was trying to work. Kept changing the time they thought they had left and I had to keep pushing them to finish up. Charged for a whole hour for an additional 20 minutes of work and then proceeded to ask for additional gratuity. Felt very uncomfortable to push back on that. They damaged multiple pieces of my furniture as well.

The guys were great. Their boss dropped the ball and scheduled them at the last minute so they were 2 hours late. Freaked me out. The guys that did the lifting were terriffic!

The guys were nice they were caring with my stuff and I felt very comfortable having them around me instead of being uncomfortable being by myself so I really like them and I would use them again and I would also tell anybody who needed somebody to help them that help me is the way to go thank you I'm going to give him a tip
