I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided during my move. The load unload team handled my furniture with very poor care. They broke my coffee table and left it somewhere in the building I moved out of without informing me. I had to discover this myself. In addition, they damaged all the corners of my dining table, several chairs, and a dresser. The overall quality of the work was unacceptable and far below reasonable standards. I expect accountability and a resolution for the damages caused.

They reeked of marijuana. They didn’t want to listen to my instructions, they said, We do this all the time, we know what we are doing. They were rush, rush rush. They broke the first item they tried to move, my desk. They wanted to slide it on the carpet, I told them not to do that as it would break the particle board, but they said they knew what they were doing and snap goes my desk so it was not moved. They also scratched my tv and dinged two small pieces of furniture. Worst movers I’ve ever had.
