They reeked of marijuana. They didn’t want to listen to my instructions, they said, We do this all the time, we know what we are doing. They were rush, rush rush. They broke the first item they tried to move, my desk. They wanted to slide it on the carpet, I told them not to do that as it would break the particle board, but they said they knew what they were doing and snap goes my desk so it was not moved. They also scratched my tv and dinged two small pieces of furniture. Worst movers I’ve ever had.

For kids came to move my couches. I had only hired two people. Two of them smelled like pot. Unprofessional, in my opinion. They were not always careful when going up and downstairs and even set the side of the couch on the wet truck. They also didn’t offer to take off their wet shoes, when going in and out of the two houses. I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend them again. I gave them a $20 bill as a tip because they helped me move my two couches.

The good - They quickly unloaded my truck and were careful with everything. Very polite and easy to work with. The bad - They arrived 2 hours late, and I had to contact them multiple times to get any update on if they were even coming. They didn't follow instructions about where to put things, and there are several heavy boxes we'll now have to relocate ourselves to the correct level of the house, even though I hired them to do the heavy lifting. Bottom line, they got the truck unloaded quickly, but left me waiting 2 hours with more lifting and carrying to do.

Movers were ok but did not have any moving equipment at all . They also did not complete the move which posed a significant problem- do not use these people!

U-Haul did not communicate the details of my move. But that’s not the movers fault. These guys were friendly, fast and organized. I will use them again!
