This was the worst Uhaul moving help experience I have ever had. Despite booking our move 2 months ahead of time, they overbooked our day and they had to hire day laborers on Craigslist. One of the two movers they sent was an elderly man who almost had a stroke lifting the furniture. I had to lift all the furniture with the other guy. I called Strong to ask them to send someone to help and was told I would be charged extra! I asked for compensation for such a bad experience and received nothing but an apology text. Stay away from this company.

Two very pleasant young man. A little bit of communication problem in coordinating arrival time. But everything worked out. Would utilize this group again. Note. We were directed to pay the workers directly. I do not expect to be billed by U-Haul.

My experience with Strong Moving Team was upsetting. They double sub-contracted my job out! They sub-contracted someone named Dean who then subcontracted the job out to Robert and Michael. At the end of the job they didn’t pay Robert and Michael! This was extremely upsetting to me because Michael and Robert did a great job!
