Helpers were very friendly but we had some damages and scratches but overall experience was good

Do NOT hire! This is a shady contractor operation not a REAL moving company. I paid for three movers for four hours but only two showed up. When I called the contact Shane to check on the third mover, he was very disrespectful he started stuttering & yelling at me that the mover had a flat tire and threatened to cancel a job when I asked for a courtesy call. Worse the whole conversation was on speaker & one of the movers Cowboy revealed he was hired off CRAIGSLIST by Shane & didn't know him & had never worked for him! A replacement for the third mover finally arrived over two hours later. By then Cowboy & Ms. H had already heavy lifted & neatly loaded most of my three bedroom home. This company caused a lot of stress & was a total nightmare experience! Cowboy & Ms. H didn't like how Shane handled the situation and told me not to worry they would get the job done! They are the TRUE HEROS in this horrible experience!! Avoid this company at all costs!

Shayne and his crew showed up early, were very professional, courteous, and very dry hard workers! I’ve never seen such a large moving trailer unloaded so quickly!! They took care of our property & our home. No dings, dents, or scratches on anything! Amazing company. I highly recommend you use them for your next move need!

I am sad to be writing this negative review. Our items were not packed up appropriately by two more hands moving. They did not secure anything so all our items shifted in transit. Our TVs were thrown in their boxes on top of everything else. Both 60 in TVs are shattered. Among our other items getting damaged. Our movers on the other end could not believe how poorly everything had been packed and said it did not look like professionals did this. They could barely get the back of the uhaul open. They couldnt believe all the extra packing materials we had that none were utilized and our TVs were not secured at all. The crew was very friendly and worked hard so we tipped them well. I never intended to write this review but feel like I have to. I reached out directly to the company two weeks ago to try and solve this between us and no response.
