Awful. Tore up my furniture, damaged walls and doorframes in the apartment, stepped on items because they didn’t look where they were going, and just randomly put things in the UHaul. Moving and packing required a lot more than just strength, it takes consideration, thoughtfulness, organization, and problem-solving skills. They had the strength. They had none of the other skills. Loading a moving truck is very similar to putting together a puzzle. I had them leave early and we unpacked the things they packed in the truck, and we put it back in to optimize best use of space so we could actually fit everything inside. I horribly regret ever hiring them. It wasted time and I had to pay for drywall damage.
