I would NEVER use or recommend this company. I paid for 4 hours to move a 10 foot truck's worth of items from my old to new place (20 min away). I've moved 21+ times and know it takes approx 2.5 to 3 hours. It took these two young men 4.75 hours. They spent so much of their time texting, going back and forth from their cars, and re-parking their cars ON THE CLOCK. They would also move one chair at a time (even I, a very unathletic person, can carry two small chairs at a time). Also, they packed the truck incorrectly. When I pointed this out, they said they did not need my advice. I was right and they couldn't fit 4-5 larger items into the truck (even though the top half was half empty) and wasted time trying (and failing) to fix their mistake. Between the carrying one chair at a time, the re-parking of the car, the forgetting their drinks in the car, the texting, they ran overtime and had the audacity to ask for more money. I paid it (w $50 cash tip) but wouldn't recommend to anyone.
