They manhandled our items. Broke a desk then blames us for not taking the desk apart. They put fragile boxes on bottom of a stack of heavy boxes. They put boxes marked liquid with arrows pointing up on their sides. When told not to do this they said they knew what they were doing. Toward end of 2 hrs, told them to leave the boxes and just move the furniture. They said ‘we got it’ and ignored us. Had to hire them an extra hour as a result! They lied and said they did not work for U-Haul - even tho that is how they are paid. Tried to make us pay $100 each in cash for the extra hour and yelled in the hallway until I was calling U-Haul (who we told them we already paid for the extra hour) then the left. VERY much the worst movers we have ever dealt with!

DO NOT use this company. The worst moving experience ever. When I tried to address my concerns they dismissed me. The men removed my furniture covering and then proceeded to drag my furniture across the dirty floor. I witnessed them dragging my mattress on the floor and when I pointed it out the men told me that they ‘did this all the time’ and that it wasn’t touching the floor. Once we got to the truck and saw the stained mattress, he stated ‘just wash it with bleach’. I informed them that the container had glass and they stepped on the container several times while moving about in the truck. Overall my tv is broken, my mattress is stained and glasses were broken. We ran out of time because they had to redo packing the truck. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, one if the men claimed it was his company and he was the boss. After to speaking with costumer service, they provided the contact information for the actual owner of the company. Don’t ignore this review or you’ll regret it

The movers kept complaining about it being too much stuff and that I needed to tip them extra. They were not too experienced in loading furniture properly. A few of my items were smashed dye to the way my items were basically thrown into the truck. I had a 26 ft truck and they filled it all the way to the opening and closed the gate down. Meanwhile I still had half a storage unit that had not been loaded. My 16 year old daughter and I had to unload the truck, reload and reorganize our items after they left so that everything would fit. It took us 6 hours to complete. Im so disappointed. Whats appaling is that one of the guts kept reinterratting that I needed to top them. The audacity is crazy. Please make sure that your loaders actually know how to load.

I was so distraught and upset after this service. The movers showed up on time and professional, however, they had no knowledge of how to move items. I needed a couch up the stairs and it never got moved because they couldn’t figure it out. I allowed them to rent and scuff the walls, which then scuffed up all over the $3,000 couch, because I had no choice and needed to try and get my couch up the stairs. I would not recommend this moving company

I paid cash to the movers, and then my card was also charged. I’ve tried to Get reimbursed, and they are not taking care of it. I’ve talked to them numerous times and no one follows through with paying me back. Not to be trusted.
