Fernando and his counterpart showed up over an hour late. Fernando kept calling me saying he was almost there, but in fact, was not. He stopped to charge his phone and purchase a Subway sandwich. This was very unorganized and unprofessional. Luckily my boyfriend was there to do much of the moving, as Fernando was around the corner eating his subway sandwich. Fernando and his counterpart did not have a way to get to my new apartment for the unload, so I bought them an uber ride. He then tried to charge me for an extra hour at the end even though they were over an hour late to the job. He was nodding off in the elevator, half asleep or on drugs while my boyfriend was doing the heavy lifting. Do not hire these guys.

I know I had to ask last minute, but I was assured that movers would be there at the time I asked. The majority of the load was done by myself, my elderly dad & his friend & my 18 year old son. The unload did go smoothly that the company sent but would have liked to have them load also.

They were non communicative and do not know how to pack a truck, we had to direct them exactly and do a lot of the moving ourselves. They also flipped our boxes around and didn’t know how to move couch

My original service was scheduled for 3-2-2026 and I had never gotten proper communication from them, they were 2 hours behind schedule and I had to call and complain in order to get my services moved to 3-3-26. I don't know if these are the same guys who were supposed to come yesterday so I won't blame them for the lack of communication these two gentlemen handleds the job, it was less than 2 hours and I'm just glad my move is finally over with. I probably will not use Midwest movers again.

Dispatch did not inform the mover of the boxes that needed moving after being told it was a complete 2br move out. Mover arrived half hour late and left after 2 hours, when the job was paid for 3 hours. Very unprofessional and rude, demanded more money to be paid since he was not paid to move boxes even though dispatch was informed of the boxes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I had a great experience with the two guys who helped me unload my truck. They showed up on time, came ready to work, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. Both of them were professional, careful with my belongings, and maintained a positive attitude the entire time. What really stood out was their teamwork, they communicated well with each other and made the whole process smooth and stress-free for me. Nothing was damaged, and they didn’t waste a minute. If you need reliable, hardworking help for a move, I would definitely recommend these guys. I truly appreciate the solid job they did.
