They let me know they were delayed by traffic. They hustled and completed my load quickly and efficiently. They showed real concern for my belongings. Definitely will consider them again if needed

Communication was last minute. I had to text the night prior to get a confirmed start time. Got an estimate of 4 or 5pm due to another scheduler. They did however come earlier. They moved everything with no problem. My issues were, when I'd say where items would go, they go to another room and when I asked about moving to the correct room, the head guy (YaYa - Yakhim) said they already put it down but thankfully the guys with him were willing to move it. So the second guy would just ask, which worked great! They did not place the rooms back together. Just placed items down and moved on. They broke down my beds but again, the head guy said they would not be putting the bed back together because I had not paid for that service!?!?!?! But again, I'm thankful for one of the other guys named 'E', who stayed behind to put the beds together. I hate to say that I would not recommend them because the guys that Yaya hired were great but he was not.

They did a terrible job loading my containers. I had to hire another helper to redo the loading. I would never recommend step in express!

I cannot recommend these movers enough! They helped me move my entire one-bedroom apartment, and my living room had a lot of furniture and belongings. From the moment they arrived, they were extremely professional, respectful, and efficient. Their etiquette and attitude were honestly impressive. They were polite, well-mannered, and handled all of my items with care. Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole experience smooth and easy.
