They under estimated travel time and were two hours late. I did ask for an additional guy, but, they guy they brought was old and got tired. The leader did not speak Spanish but brought Spanish speakers. They did do some overtime but they added 900 but did not provide an invoice explaining this amount about the 459 I had already paid Uhaul directly. One guy kept stopping work and asked if her could have a blanked he saw in the things we moved, that seemed odd. In the future, when I am not pressed for time, I will use local guys . Clarence and JoJo were great but the others were not truly professional movers. I tipped them 15 or 20 percent already, but, I don't know if Garreal Neely tipped the day laborers. It all could be tightened up professionally.

One gentleman seemed to be doing all the work, while the other one kept disappearing or stopping to be on his phone, and just stayed in the truck the whole time, asking to bring more boxes... They left right at the 3-hour mark, even though there was more stuff to do. Not the most careful of movers, some items were broken when we unpacked, even though we put bubble wrap.

Because of traffic, they were later than scheduled. However, they communicated their new estimated arrival. Once they arrived, they quickly loaded my items and even more quickly downloaded. I am very satisfied with the price and the work.

Two very reliable, generous men. My husband and I really appreciated all of their help. I had issues with getting a U-Haul the morning of and they were still extremely helpful and cooperative despite my difficult situation. They could’ve easily canceled or made me reschedule but they didn’t and I truly appreciate that.We will definitely be using their services again.
