I had a terrible experience with Texans Moving and would not recommend them. I scheduled movers with a 9am too 11 am arrival window, rented a UHaul, and had everything ready as instructed. Despite this, the movers did not begin work until around 1135am. This delay caused significant issues and forced me to pay extra out of pocket to extend my UHaul rental, which could have been avoided if they had arrived on time or communicated properly. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication afterward. I was told a manager would call me regarding a refund, but that call never happened. Once payment was involved, follow up and accountability were essentially nonexistent. This delay disrupted my entire moving day, added unnecessary stress, and cost me additional money due to their poor scheduling and lack of professionalism. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly suggest choosing a different moving company.

They showed up half an hour late. I hired a two person crew and received only one person. The one man who did show up locked his keys in his car and only did 30 mintues of work because he was on the phone with a locksmith the whole time. The company won't answer the phone or email. Digusting company

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with the worst company ever. They arrived an hour late, I paid for two movers only one showed up. That one person broke two very expensive pieces of my furniture. They threw things in the truck so unorganized. Since then, they have completely ignored me. I have called countless times no response. I had to call from different numbers just to get them to pick up. Still no resolution. They refuse to reimburse me for my damaged, expensive furniture. They will waste your time, break your belongings, and then vanish. They have no store Location so it no way to even go in person to resolve the actual problem. I tried opening a case with moving help regarding my issue with (Texas moving) and its literally a waste of time so your stuck. Do not, under any circumstance, trust them. You will regret it. Avoid (Texas moving) at all cost. I strongly believe these other reviews are fake because these people are not good people! Money hungry!!

Scratched up my new fridge , did not bother to cover it because they had no tarps . Scratched up my floors, walls , dented up some corners on the sheetrock. Do not use these guys.

Would not recommend, they did not have any dollys, tarps or anything to help facilitate the move. They dented up my new fridge, dented up some corners of my new house , scratched up walls and floors. Plus they reeked of marijuana, my whole house stunk like 420.
