Jay and Anthony were EXCELLENT and made our move effortless. My husband and I were stressed just thinking about how we would get this piece of furniture from A to point B and into our house safely and without injuring ourselves. Jay annd Anthony handled it with ease and precision. They definitely know what they are doing and we’re so easy to work with and nice! I would recommend them to anybody and will definitely hire them in the future if we have more moving needs. Can’t speak highly enough of them and our satisfaction with their service. Thank you!

Excellent job! The guys are just perfect - fast, strong, polite, punctual, professional. They even reloaded items 2 times, when I parked at the wrong gates. Completely recommend! The best moving help I ever seen.

The help from Trusted Point Services was amazing they knew what to do right when they got there. My little spot had stairs and was a very tight space, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything made it in the apartment safely. Would definitely use them again!

I was skeptical about hiring movers from the U-Haul site. But the price to load and unload my 26’ U-Haul truck was too good to pass up. To my surprise, Sammy and Mike were absolutely amazing. They unloaded the truck by themselves, and I didn’t have to supervise them. It was hot, and my place had a bunch of stairs, and they never complained. I sat in the house and directed where each item should go. I gave them a big tip! I hope to never have to move again, but if I do, I would use this resource at U-Haul again. Bond

The guy in charge was the absolute worst. First, he’s constantly trying to sell me his stuff even after I’ve said no. Then he had this weird fixation on large boxes, regardless of the 20 medium and 15 small ones. He said some stuff won’t fit in those boxes. So don’t put that stuff in the boxes. Then he needed rolls and rolls of tape and didn’t seem to use any of them but definitely needed to open all the packages. He constantly was telling me he needed this or that to do the work. Never once did he ask for a sharpie to write on the boxes (even though he literally picked up a basket full of sharpies). He decided to not write on the boxes. His packing job was lazy and intentionally bad. Why did he use the large boxes for the books? Horrible, piss poor attitude. The ‘job’ was to pack the things in my house for three hours. The guy with him? Fantastic. I would hire him. He was pleasant, he worked and focused on what he was there to do. I told them to leave because main guy was whining
