The company never reached out to confirm a time for the move. I had to call them and they told me they could not do 9am because someone else requested this time. I reserved very well in advance. I scheduled my move for a Sunday. The morning of the cancelled on me due to a call in and i could reschedule to the next day. We rescheduled for the next day. Mind you my husband and I both need to call in. Movers showed up late smelling like weed. I paid for 3 hours of work and they only provided 2 without completing the job, leaving my husband and I to finish. This company should not be affiliated with U-Hual. I tired to call the manager to leave my concerns but the voicemail is full. I would avoid at all cost.

The two young men were very , kind, and professional. I gave the experience a 3 because I paid for 3 movers and only received two. The job was still completed in the allotted time. But just barely and 3rd floor walk up is rough without three people and I Paid for three people!
