The job was to remove and replace my refrigerator and stove with my new refrigerator and stove Two men arrived in a sedan with no tools no Dollie I literally had to run to Home Depot to buy my own wrench kit for them to unhook my gas line from my stove after that they were unable to get my old refrigerator out of my home because you guessed it they ARRIVED IN A SEDAN WITH NO DOLLIE after that I said leave the old refrigerator bring the new refrigerator in They proceeded to remove the doors from my old refrigerator which I had to assist in again after that they dragged my 2500 refrigerator on the concrete from the garage scratching the bottom still couldn’t get it into the home after that they removed my back door got the fridge in said there at the 2 hour mark so left my refrigerator unassembled left my old stove outside and one of the workers was high on drugs and didnt assist at all reason why I had to help now my refrigerator doesnt close properly don’t be cheap like me stay away

Was in an emergency so I was moving asap. Was notified only Zachary was coming which was fine but not that I’d still be charged for two movers for the price of one. So me and my brother helped Zach move and he was wonderful (has nothing to do with the administrative side) but I did not know I was gonna get scammed for two guys work after helping the one. When I called to get it sorted I was told I’d have to pay it anyway and I said ‘but you could have adjusted it the day of and still now’ He said ‘you could have just cancelled it but thank you for telling me what I can and can’t do.’ Would not recommend them solely because of the guy in charge unless you’ve got nothing else and money happily stolen.

Zackary and his team were incredible!!! They came out and helped me unload my U-Haul after driving for 17 hours. They came motivated and worked hard! I’m definitely going to use Zachary and his team again in the future.

They only worked 1 hour and charged me the full amount. When I asked them if I would get refunded the extra hour they told me it would automatically update in the UHAUL app. I asked him multiple times to confirm and he said yes which ended being a lie.
