The workers communicated very well with me prior to the time of arrival. Was probably an easier move since no appliances but the stairs were hard to maneuver. They did great and were quick about it.

Unfortunately, numerous items were damaged and all of my belongings didn’t go into the van. The gentleman in charge informed me that it was the first time the young man with him had moved furniture. This was a big job and should’ve had at least three people, and the gentleman in charge should have made a plan of how he was going to load my stuff. It took a little over seven hours to load a 26 foot truck with Me helping him and the other guy, and had to leave some of my stuff, and paid an additional $320.00.

Had to hire last min the day before was able to fit me in with no issues and contacted me immediately after I submitted my reservation. Both movers were kind and very cautious when handling my items and packed everything as careful and thorough as possible while will trying to fit everything I owned and making items were properly strapped down

We were scheduled with another crew to unload on Dec 19 and they did not show up. This was the only company who came to our rescue and helped us. They added us to their already full day on Dec 20 and drove 1 and 1 half hours to make sure my truck was unloaded. I am a 65 yr old disabled female veteran and I don't know what I was going to do. Uhaul charged me for an additional day even though the original crew was booked on their web cite and never showed up. I would recommend these young men to anyone needing help.
