I would have appreciated more communication leading up to the service. I have experience with other movers and there was usually more information given leading up the move. Also, it was a bit hard to get in contact with the movers which made it very unclear when they would actually arrive day of. However, once they arrived they were super great and moved everything quick and efficiently. I would still recommend as the actual job was done well.

Both movers were very friendly and courteous, however, one of them was very sluggish and struggling to move furniture from the first floor to the truck and imo not totally fit for the job. I had to constantly help them throughout the move. In other words, I would have expected more agility. However, having said all this, the rates were very nominal and reasonable. So overall ok experience, for larger jobs I would look for another company.
