Leading up to the move they must’ve reached out to me through at least 3 different phone numbers. To which I received no response to when I responded. One of my messages was to give them a heads up about my adjustable bed. They showed up 20 min late. Broke my desk. And had no idea how to move an adjustable bed. They were nice though. They just didn’t know what they were doing.

Movers showed up 7.5 hours late to the job. It was impossible to reach them, each time I called they sent me straight to voicemail and then sent passive aggressive text messages. Movers were extremely careless and left all of my heavy furniture piled up in my apartment and left heavy objects leaning against the wall which was extremely dangerous. My couch was left on its side risking falling down. Very disappointed. Couldn’t communicate with moving staff either due to lack of English speaking.
