Crew needs to take more care with properly labeled fragile boxes. Dishware clearly labeled this side up being tossed around and stacked upside down. I had to step in to discuss. Should not be necessary for experienced crew. I tipped $160 cash.

We had scheduled an evening move, however the crew attempted to arrive in the morning. The agreement was to move certain items into our apartment and clearly labeled STORAGE items into a storage unit. Unfortunately, the organization and execution did not go as planned. The movers worked very slowly, and there were communication challenges that made coordination difficult. At one point, they attempted to carry a lawnmower up to a second floor apartment, which showed a lack of practical judgment. Additionally, several boxes marked as fragile were handled roughly and thrown, resulting in damaged items.
