I couldn’t be happier with the movers who loaded my U-boxes. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. They clearly knew exactly how to maximize space in the pods while keeping everything secure and well-protected. The team arrived on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and maintained a positive, friendly attitude the entire time. What could have been a stressful day was completely smooth thanks to their expertise and attention to detail. I was extremely stressed and they were so patient and calming during a difficult time for me. If you’re looking for movers who are reliable, skilled, and truly take pride in their work, especially when it comes to loading storage pods, I highly recommend them. Give them a great tip, they should charge more for their work!

I paid for 3 hours, but the work was completed in less than 2 hours, so I allowed that the third hour counted as a tip. I like having the option of hiring helpers through the u-haul website, though, if possible, it would be nice to have the option of choosing to have only one moving helper, as for many jobs only one helper is required.
