I paid for 2 movers and only 1 showed - I do want to say Manny was amazing and deserves a true raise!! However, this company is a scam - no phone numbers work they are all out of service, I had 1 mover never show and ended up having to move myself - no one ever got back to me about the situation. DO NOT USE

2 kids showed up to the location and they were dragging my furniture and did not know how handle it. The one girl had fake nails on and they were falling off. They were clearly too young and did not look older than 18. Someone else noticed that they did not know how to handle my furniture and told the kids to go home. They said they cannot leave without the payment code.

Willy did an awesome job with our move. He came on time and helped out until the very end of the 4 hours we paid for. Unfortunately one of the two movers we booked got into a car accident and couldn’t make it. Willy and I worked extra hard to complete the move and Gentile Giants unfortunately could only give us 1 additional hour free of charge. They couldn’t get us a second mover there to help or give us a partial refund despite needing to help do the move ourselves. I’m very disappointed with their inflexibility and their phone number was down during the move. Willy was awesome but I would go with a different company.

Not professionals at all. Two teenagers showed up, the young man wearing crocs and a young lady who barely lifted heavy stuff. I ended up lifting most of the things.

This provider is not professional and they were not experienced movers. One of the moving guys was horrible as far as how slow he was moving on top of not really wanting to lift anything. The other guy was decent but broke my tv by mistake after clear instructions were given in reference to where the tv’s should be placed. If I could have done a video recording of how slow the other guy moved you would have thought he was on drugs. Hence the reason why they claimed they worked an extra hour.
