Two movers arrived to unload and were polite, professional & efficient. They unloaded every item within 2 hours & placed everything exactly where I asked. Belongings were mostly handled carefully & movers were friendly throughout; however, one plastic tote was dropped during unloading & broke. Not sure how to address this. The only issue was communication. Reaching movers beforehand was very difficult. I called the number provided multiple times over a full day & sent text messages, but received no response. From around 3-4 p.m. the previous day until about 10-11 a.m. the next day, I could not reach anyone. Even though official service starts later, the lack of communication made it stressful to confirm the timing & whether the movers were coming. Aside from the communication issue, the unloading service was good. Movers were courteous, helpful & professional, and the work went smoothly once they arrived.
