Bright Side was fantastic for our 2 hour unloading job. They actually brought an extra person (no additional cost) and had our 20’ truck unloaded, with time to spare, and helped put the stuff we were keeping back on the truck securely. Very efficient and careful work, prompt, and good communication. Highly recommend Bright Side!

The team was every bit of AMAZING! They were punctual, communicative, and efficient. I especially appreciated them coming an hour earlier than originally scheduled. Though I had the team booked for two hours, my items were loaded within 1.5 hours.

We booked Bright Side Movers on pretty short notice (3 days out from move-in) because we didn't have final confirmation on when we got our keys, but they were very accommodating about fitting us in. They arrived a little late after another job so they sent an extra mover to help, and they were all fantastic. Zack, Shah, and Gino were very efficient, professional, and friendly. We tipped in cash, great communication and great service!

Movers were very nice and quick. However they poorly loaded the truck resulting in numerous items not making it on the truck. Which resulted to us having to rent another trailer and do the labor ourselves on the additional items. When I told the manager I wasn’t satisfied he seemed very defensive and turned the situation around onto me.
