Initially, the booking process went smoothly. However, I was later informed that my original moving crew had been involved in an accident and a replacement team would be sent. While I understood the situation, the service that followed created multiple problems. The replacement crew worked quickly, but in the process, my furniture was damaged. I brought this to their attention immediately. Due to the inconvenience of the delay and the change in crews, I was clearly told more than once that the service would be provided at no charge. Despite those assurances, I was still charged. Additionally, I later learned that the movers violated company policy by requesting payment through Cash App rather than through proper company payment channels. This is highly concerning and unprofessional.
