The boys were very kind and I would recommend them for a move with only boxes and smaller items. Unfortunately, they just didn’t have much moving expertise when it came to using safe moving tactics that kept our walls and floors protected throughout the process. When loading, they scooted numerous boxes and other items across hardwood floors and left about a 20 foot scratch and many other visibly large dents and scratches on the floors and steps. They also didn’t bring any moving equipment to lift heavier items, which resulted in unsteady moving practices that left additional dents and gashes in our walls and trim as well. When we got to our destination to unload we were very vocal about being super careful and performance improved. Just seems they need more practice on keeping things steady and safe.
