They were not careful in loading and unloading, many screws and pieces are missing.I got one response for item that they have it and not sure when they will return as not getting timely response.I still have few other items which I am unable to locate and still searching.Hoping someone read it and return my items

The guys didnt show up till afternoon, when it was morning that was requested. Then when they finally did show up after multiple phone calls of reaching his voicemail they smelled of weed.with multiple excuses. Then later his whole family showed up kids and all. It was just super unprofessional and I was about to cancel them but I didnt have any help and I needed what help they did do.
