Communication was great from initial hire on moving help.com to the day before to confirm timing. The crew called me an hour out to ensure I was ready. They arrived about 15 minutes early. They hustled and broke a sweat, but nothing else. They were very careful with our personal items. Did everything my wife and I asked. We move frequently for my life in project construction management. I have moved over 40 times believe it or not in a 33 year career in construction and I have had all sorts of movers in those years. These guys did very well on all account! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be using these guys again 100 percent!!!

Need to train up all helpers. Carrying one box at a time drags out the unloading and eats into the paid time. Our helpers were good. Just need some training. I would use the company again.

Mike was notified several days in advance by a phone call, of the location to unload because it was incorrect on the reservation. He showed up at the wrong place then called me and yelled at me for 10 minutes about how I should have filled out the reservation. Two families were involved in the move and a moving company. During his rant he told me why I should have hired him for the other move and how much money he would saved me. He kept on and one until I finally hung up. My brother in law said the two movers were nice but he was mean. I would never use him again. His movers were tipped $20 for a little over 1 hour of work.
