Movers did not show up at unloading job site. I hired Haven Shift for four hours, two for loading and two for unloading (including travel time). I called the company to confirm that I did not need to provide transportation for the movers which they confirmed. They told me that two movers would help load and a different two movers would help unload. Movers arrived and helped load; however, only one was employed by Haven Shift who brought a friend. When finished loading, he informed me that he would help unload as well. He was unable to provide his own transportation to the unloading address. This left us without movers for unloading. Haven Shift was contacted and they were unable to provide different movers. Haven Shift then directly asked me for the payment code for both jobs even though they only provided one mover total. They said they would refund me after I gave them the payment code. I would never hire this company, very unprofessional.
