Both movers arrived on time and despite our apartment being on the more challenging side (multiple staircases, small elevator, etc.) they worked quickly and efficiently. They handled our furniture and apartment with a lot of care - I would definitely use their service again.

While the guys were late for our move, they did communicate ahead of time to let me know of their delay. Once on site, they moved our items efficiently and with care. Tip provided on site.

The helper was great but was an hour late. I also asked for two helpers and only one should up. I was able to help him move the couches but surprised that they only sent one when I was paying for 2. I will be asking for a slight refund because of this issue. There was some miss communication with the company also. I called and said I was able to get the couch loaded and that the helpers should meet me at the house to offload but they didn't get that message right to the helper. A little disappointed with them overall but once the helper showed up, he was great.
