Five Star Movers were excellent! They were professional, fast and courteous. I have nothing but great things to say about them and the moving services they provided. They were incredibly quick loading the Uboxes and even when we had to add an additional box last minute they handled the extra work admirably. MovingHelp through Uhaul on the other hand was a different story. After calling to add an additional Ubox to our order we had to also schedule the additional loading of the box through MovingHelp. I spent an hour and 20 minutes on the phone with customer service. An hour of the phone call was me waiting on hold. At the end of the long call they were unable to process the additional Ubox loading service. It took 3 very long phone calls over 2 days to finally get the additional box added to our order. All the while the were trying to charge me for all 5 boxes even though I had already paid for 4. It was an unpleasant and stressful interaction.

Helpers were excellent. They were flexible and a pleasure to work with. Not only did they help unload our uhaul, they also allowed us to pick up items from our storage unit and offload them into our house.

Would NOT hire again!!! Unprofessional, dirty, careless, 1 of the workers was on the verge of passing out several times I paid for the service but will pay more for better help next time!! I could go on & on but for less than $6.00 refund I'll just leave it as is.

5 Star Movers live up to their name. I would use them every time I need to move. They are very kind. Took very good care of my things. I was having a little issue with my trailer and that was my fault ordered from the wrong location. But they were so understanding. They had all the equipment to move my things. They made sure to let me know where in the trailer they had put things. Made it easier to unload. And they were fast. But careful. They definitely know what they are doing. Hire 5 Star Movers you will not be disappointed. I honestly can't say enough. 5 Star Moving thank you for making my move out of the house so stress free. You are top notch.
