To be fair, it was a minute selection due to previous movers being unavailable. They sent 2 teens who dragged a majority of the time, and had almost no idea how to pack a truck efficiently; though nothing fell it took them 3 hours to pack a queen bed (all they had to do was unhook the corners), a tv(undo 4 bolts and put it in the provided box), tv stand, and some misc boxes. Total space was barely half a 10’ U-Haul. I had to add 2 more hours for them to come and unpack everything at the new location 5 min down the road. These teens were good kids still, they stayed and helped us assemble the bed frame. Overall this isn’t a bad company, just wish they communicated that the crew being sent was on their first alone mission. It blindsided me and cost me more than I had budgeted.
