Communication great. Professionalism and the care for my items great. Didnt get to move as much stuff as I expected in 3 hours and ended up doing an additional 2 hours not planned and didnt get as much completed as expected. Technical difficulties from start. The communicated arrival was 10am but they arrived at 930 and I didnt have the uhual yet so they started bringing stuff outside until I got back with the uhual which started the 3 hour clock. Then they stopped until I arrived with the uhual. Due to the load location having stairs only, my husband and I tried to help by bringing the stuff down at least 1 of the 3 flights of steps to hurry the process along. Still took 2 hours to load the truck then almost 40 minute drive to the unload place. So the start of unload started another hour. Then my husband started taking the items off of the truck and stacking to make it easier to grab things for the elevator. All in All 5 hours of help and still had a lot to move day two. Gr8 Movers
