Rod and Eric were incredibly unprofessional and tried to get me to submit the payment code to them for three hours of work when they only worked for two hours. They also confronted me in my house and said that I didn’t communicate with them about assembling my bed, but they still had a whole other hour, so they could’ve assembled the bed anyway. They had to disassemble the bed to even get it in the Uhaul . I’ve never had a problem with Uhaul Moving Help before and I am absolutely disappointed in their service if they hadn’t left my house I definitely would’ve called the cops on them and filed a report for chasing me down for work they didn’t do. Save yourself the trouble and do not book these people. The moving person claimed that he is the owner yet his car reeked of marijuana, was late and didn’t have all the tools needed to load. Again do not book them they will take your money and also rush you to pay them so that they could go do another job on your time!

I’ve had good experiences with MovingHelp.com however Ron and his team were exemplary. I would say, to make things easier..just put it there and he’d kindly remind that the not said place at another location. He actually read notes stating FRAGILE, etc. A great work ethos was displayed at all times. I believe I received more than my moneys worth. I definitely recommend Ron and his team and would use him again and again.

Only one person showed up initially, and they were an hour late. The second person showed up in the second hour. Additionally, the guys were too, rushed and created an almost catastrophic situation with the piano. However, without my intervention, the piano would’ve fallen off of the Dolly and broken. I will not be using this team again.

They were very communicative and nice to work with but it was only one partner and his brother, not the actual mover who was talking to me. Some boxes were dropped and other items shoved around that left marks. Hard working but not professional.
