I am so grateful that I was able to have the moving helpers at Aims Storage assist me with my move. They were very kind and worked quickly. Unfortunately after I made it to my location, some of my furniture & items sustained damage that U-Haul doesn't recoup on because of the way the crew loaded my items into the U-Box storage units. I was sure to label my boxes that were very heavy and that were fragile, but no one read anything before putting them wrongside up on the dollys. Also, I believe after observing the items upon arrival at my new location that some of those very heavy boxes were loaded right on top of furniture pieces that weren't designed to carry any load of weight. Some of my new, well cared furniture is now destroyed. I paid so much to move my items because I wanted to keep my furniture. And after seeing how careful the crew was who unloaded my items, I wish that same care was given by the Aims crew. Sometimes speediness cannot replace efficiency and care.

The guys arrived on time, loaded everything for the long haul, stapled everything in, and ensured things were padded correctly so nothing would be broken. Everything arrived after 600+ mile drive like it was just loaded, nothing damage at all.

I was amazed at how quickly the gentleman worked to load the truck and to unload! I moved to an upstairs apartment and the guys had to carry my stuff up those stairs which was very hard work!

When moving into a second story apartment (or above), please be m considerate of the downstairs neighbors and not "gallop" down the stairs. Also, fold the furniture pads for your customer.

Easily scheduled, but lacking basic knowledge--like how to use ratchet straps, pull out a ramp, or what kind of screwdriver to use for basic furniture assembly. Also, moved slowly. Strong, though.
