The crew arrived on time and completed the job as scheduled. They were very hardworking, careful, and professional throughout the move. While moving a heavy sofa, it accidentally hit the edge of a wall and caused some minor damage. Given the nature of the work, especially on a hot, sunny day, I completely understand that accidents can happen. I hope the Safe Move coverage will take care of the repair. Other than that, everything went fantastic! I really appreciate the crew’s hard work and would definitely recommend their service.
