They were great, we had another mover cancel at the last minute. I spoke to their office manager and they were over in about an hour with two guys to help me! Both were very friendly and efficient.

Terri at PUG Movers was exceptional with her communication leading up to moving day. She called me right after I made the reservation, and I ended up changing from only loading to both loading and unloading. Terri offered a flat rate for the trip to the new house, and offered to have one of her crew

Beware, this company is not careful with your belongings!! They will damage your items, then blame you and make no effort toward resolution. I contracted this company to move two refrigerators. The movers arrived 2 hours late and then damaged one of my refrigerators. There is a 12" deep dent/scratch

Our movers showed up right on time and got to work right away. They packed up the truck very well so only one trip to unload was needed. The house we moved into has a very narrow staircase leading down to the basement and they were able to navigate two large sofas down. Hands down the best moving
