Both gentlemen worked hard , I was bymyself for an hour while my husband was picking up his son at the airport. I asked one of the gentleman if he could help me get a stained glass lamp shade knob loose so I could wrap it to pack . He seemed put out and gave it no effort , I ended up wrapping the lamp shade in a blanket and taped it tight as well as wrapped the lamp base and stem . Upon arrival at our destination the lamp shade stained glass was broken and the top half of the lamp was bent badly . This was a fairly expensive lamp and was a gift given to me by a close friend. Very upset about the broken lamp .

Both of the guys worked tirelessly through both phases of our unloading. First they sorted out items to be left in storage unit, then they quickly and effectively moved the rest into the apartment and placed item where directed. They offered hints and assistance in reassembling furniture pieces.
