Johnny and his team were true professionals. He reached out multiple times to confirm coordination before my move, and was exceedingly patient with me day of when I was behind schedule. He and the team were exceptionally personable, and went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly. They even helped me remove two screws that had been stripped and stuck in the wall of my apartment. They moved some exceptionally heavy pieces around some tight turns, and maintained a positive attitude the entire time. A true pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely hire them again.

Had original movers cancel 9 days before a Sat am move with very specific hour parameters and Mr. Albritton was eager for the work and very accomodating of my requests. He is very personable and readily answered all of my questions in a reassuring manner. He and his very polite crew arrived early and worked quickly and carefully. What had started as a very high stress situation turned out to be a relief and almost pleasant. I highly recommend this company

The team was very professional and polite!!! They helped me with everything I needed assistance with, without any hesitation, questions asks or mumbling, smirking or talking under their breath!!! The staff was truly a pleasant and a breath of fresh air first thing in the morning!!! I’ve used MovingHelp.com more times than I can count, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I provided moving blankets, bands, furniture wrap, and other supplies but the movers only bothered to use the blankets. Several pieces of furniture were damaged. I’ve always tipped movers generously and had planned to tip each one $100, but after watching how carelessly they handled my furniture, the resulting damage, and even an argument between the owner and employees, I couldn’t justify it. I honestly don’t understand how this company has so many positive reviews, because my experience was the complete opposite.
