So much to say! I had another company that originally agreed to do my unloading at this location, at 930pm on a Saturday they backed out. When you're moving across state lines on Monday that's bad I reached out to several thru the app, expecting no one to be able to be contacted before Monday nevermind on a Sunday. JOTS called me up just moments after I submitted my U-Haul request at 1056, by 11 I was speaking to him on the phone. By 1112 PM everything was arranged. He even rescheduled a personal appointment to be there for me in my time of need. That call took the weight of the world off me that night. Moving ahead to the unload, we got behind schedule getting here, JOTS was lightening fast to respond to texts, showed up early! Loaders broke things, JOTS had a mess that was loaded by others and still managed to get everything unloaded, put where I wanted,waited while I documented damage done by loaders.I watched everything.There aren't enough praises.Google review for more! 10 stars!

Johnny and his amazing crew are exactly who you need for your next move. For us, they were all business for 8+ straight hours, doing an amazing job with very heavy and very difficult-to-maneuver pieces of furniture plus dozens of boxes -- all of which had to be carried down an extremely steep flight of 14 stairs. Communication was perfect, and helpful suggestions made things go smoothly. Even if their initial rate looks higher than others, they are absolutely worth it -- definitely go with Johnny.
