Overall my experience wasn’t the best. One of the movers kept asking for me and my friend’s number and lacked professionalism. My stuff was not handled carefully. Boxes were not labeled. During the initial walk through I was told that the move should take an estimate of 2 to 3 hours but actually took 4+ hours on top of that. I sent a deposit of $505.95 on top the extra hours came up to $1,287.50 plus packing and service fee which the only thing packed was my kitchen and the rest was packed by us came up too $477.64. Overall I would say just be very mindful of all the extra fees.

I am really pleased with the help I received from Johnny and his crew. Excellent time management! Mostly, I can't believe that they were able to fit EVERYTHING IN....,and I had rite much to go.. They came, they packed everything quickly and effortlessly and were extremely courteous!

I booked Johnny On The Spot for a last minute house cleaning, and they were miracle workers! The house looked and smelled fantastic when they were done. I was so pleased with their work. Johnny and crew were fantastic for my last-minute move! From beginning to end, it was a seamless process, and it was a pleasure working with Johnny. Movers were careful with my belongings, as well as careful with the old house and awkward angles. Everything was completed on time, and the movers were kind and friendly. I highly recommend Johnny on the Spot Moving! From booking to moving day, communication with the owner was excellent—quick responses and clear updates throughout. The movers were efficient and hardworking, loading my 2.5-story home and garage into two 26-foot trucks in just 4.5 hours, even in 90-degree heat. There was a small issue with one of the workers, but the owner handled it immediately and did everything he could to make it right, which I really appreciated. Overall, the team was professional, careful with our belongings, and made the day much less stressful. I would definitely use them again.
