John and Manny were wonderful! I have absolutely no regrets booking with JJJ Moving. I was moving from the East Coast all the way to the West Coast, so I was very intimidated by the whole U-Box process and making sure my belongings made it safely to California. From the moment I booked, John reached out to me the same day and made sure I knew exactly what time everything would happen. Even when my U-Boxes arrived a few weeks later, there was no guessing or confusion. He was extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process. Manny was incredibly friendly, and they both made me feel so much better about what felt like such a scary move. They were kind, professional, and made the entire experience so much easier. I would 100 percent recommend JJJ Moving, and whenever I move again, I will absolutely be coming back to them. I was incredibly happy with the service I received. Overall, a 5 out of 5 experience!
