I had issues with the movers set up the day before my move and canceled. However, big city movers jumped right in and made the process super smooth. Not only that they got done quick. I cannot thank you enough.

I called the company to confirm the time for loading my truck a week in advance, however on the day of the move, nobody showed up at the scheduled time. I called the owner again, who admitted he forgot to confirm with his men. Luckily they were able to provide me with men to complete the job, however it was approximately 3 hours later than what was previously confirmed. The men who completed the job were very good at their job and almost everything arrived to the final destination without damage.
