Tim did not call me the day before and on the day of move. I tried to call, no answer, and his mailbox is full and can not accept messages. I almost had panic attack and wanted to book another mover. I have too much to risk if he did not show up, such as all booked hotel rooms etc.

Overall did a great job loading the U-Haul, but left a shitty situation in the bathroom. They clogged the toilet and didn't tell me about it.
