Owner only cares about reviews and not actual customer concerns. The movers did arrive perfectly on time. However, a lot of my items are damaged, broken or ripped. They also will expect you to take apart all furniture (without informing you in advance) and will not assist you in taking it apart in any way (to the point where they will tell you they simply won’t take it to the truck if you don’t learn how to take it apart yourself). Overall I was disappointed. If you do use this company tho, request Josh for moving help. He was a fast and efficient mover, polite, and very careful with my items (some of the others were not as careful).
