Josh and Darwin were fantastic movers. They packed the truck incredibly efficiently, handled an unexpected issue with the U-Haul without missing a beat, and stayed professional and positive the entire time. NY Best On-Time Movers were fantastic. Chad, the owner, was organized and communicative and I found it very easy to set up the move. The 4 movers who helped on moving day were professionals. Patient and efficient, they made the chaos of moving day negligible. I have recommended them to all my friends.

Super friendly team. Excellent communication, which is so important during a stressful move to Manhattan. The great communication allowed me to not have to focus on 'one more thing' and helped ease the move a lot! Such an important aspect that is often over-looked.
