Checked in with me the day before to confirm time, place and details. Arrived10 minutes before scheduled time and was ready to go. The crew was very friendly and respectful. The truck loading was done very well with items tied down and packed tight. Finished on time and made sure that everything going on the truck was in it. I highly recommend.

The moving company communicated effectively ahead of time. It would’ve been preferred they introduce and explain who came ahead of time so I can be confident in who shows up at my door. Additionally, the moving job was a little sloppy. A glass jar filled with soup shattered when we opened the truck at the final destination. Fortunately no person or additional property was damaged but it could’ve hurt someone or spilled over property it was a lucky fall. Additionally, they did not communicate very professionally when on the site. And they left trash in my truck (just water bottles but still) and trash from ropes I had to buy (not told ahead of time) in the parking lot of my apartment for me to clean up. While I was gone they made a mess during the moving process. They were overall nice and did their job so not trying to be overly negative, but they definitely could’ve done better.
