Everyone was really nice but it took way to long to complete. Should Not have taken that long. One mover was physically unable to life some things. I had to help a lot and move boxes to and from.

The men were very polite and professional. They worked odd hours (from 5PM to 12:30AM in my case) without complaint. They did brake a few items due to the truck configuration and items shifting.

When I arrived in Texas I found boxes of books piled on boxes of glass or dishes that were clearly marked "fragile." Some things are broken and some furniture is scratched from metal scraping on wood

I'm happy they arrived on time and they were courteous and pleasant however there were some speed and strenght issues that delayed moving time. Thankfully I had 4 friends who were willing to help.
