The original scheduled time was delayed, but they kept me posted as to when they would arrive. They handled my belongings with care, and were mindful of my cats when opening and closing the door.

I was charged for a delivery and loading for 2 boxes eventhough only 1 box was delivered and loaded. No multiple calls to customer service or UHaul fixed an error. They simply pointed to the mover, and took no accountability. Mover refuses to return and a customer service says they can not do anyth
