Uhaul told movers "no stairs" and I had specified stairs which left myself and my family bringing all furniture upstairs down the stairs ourselves

The helpers informed me the second they walked in the door that there was an additional $100 charge because there were steps in the house. I needed the job done and I paid them but I am not happy.
