I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. The movers completely broke my TV stand during the move, leaving it unusable. The damage was so severe that I had no choice but to throw it away. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of care when handling my property. Additionally, when they disassembled and loaded my bed into the U-Haul, they left screws scattered everywhere. While unloading the truck, I found loose screws inside the U-Haul from the bed frame. Leaving hardware unsecured is careless, unprofessional, and could have easily resulted in lost parts or further damage. I trusted this company to handle my belongings responsibly. Instead, I was left dealing with broken furniture and unnecessary stress. I expect better accountability and professionalism from a moving service.
