A lot of emphasis was placed on making sure the furniture did not get damaged. One piece got dragged across concrete and sustained surface scratches and was loaded without blankets for protection. Other than that, everything went well.

The guys came out a little early. We’re a great help. Unloaded all my belongings and put the were I asked up stairs and down. Very friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend and use again.

I had 4 hr slot and the mover did not bring any toolkit and expected the customer to have it. That should be also okay, but, it needs to be communicated earlier and I can make arrangements for that. When I did during the 4 hour slot, it wasted 45 min and with doing nothing. At the end they just left like that by saying we are done with 4 hrs with out compensating me for missed 44 minutes. This made my move horrible by not having it finished as expected. This lacks professionalism
