I scheduled this company for 3-14 but was rescheduled due to the movers having an unexpected longer move in the morning. So it's 3-15 and I paid for 3 hours of work, halfway through one of the workers gets sick and texts me saying they can't complete the job and that I have to give them the confirmation number in order to get a refund.I was told that they would find movers in their place yet it's been four hours and no replacement has contacted me. After talking with uhaul customer service this is not normal and not okay. I keep contacting Nick but I'm getting no responses. Unprofessional I need a refund ASAP. I only have my Uhaul for another 2 hours and no movers to finish the job. - they managed to fill the Uhaul in the 1 hour and a half that they worked, and it was terribly loaded, when I went to unload it myself everything had been tipped over and only my bed frame and a treadmill was holding up all the fallen boxes. It was just a Mess

Nick and Zach were absolutely amazing! They arrived a couple minutes early, came prepared and ready to start moving my crap. They confirmed prior to arrival and had great suggestions on where to put everything! They went absolutely above and beyond!
