Jaime and Daniel did arrive 1 hour late, due to a move earlier in the day that took longer than expected. They called me 3 times though to communicate that, and I explained that I was flexible and the arrival time was not critical. I booked the 2 hour minimum, but knew my job would take 1 hour. They had a great attitude and took care with moving my items from upstairs. The couch was a challenge to get down the stairs and around the corner, but they made it. They loaded my uhaul 15' truck perfectly. Far as I know everything was tended to with great care, but unloading at the destination will be the double check.

I ran into a situation upon arrival which caused the movers to wait longer than expected. They communicated with me and the maintenance manager while I to take care of stuff on my end. They could have left and went about their day but they waited until I was able to get the keys and still unloaded everything. Bless these men!

Great Experience with U-Haul U-Box Service I would like to share a review about the U-Haul team who helped us with the U-Box and moving truck service.
