They arrived on time, were communicative and personable. Would use their services again! I would recommend still being there, directing, and being an active participant if you have breakables, or suspect something might get displaced during transit though. Some stuff got stacked in a way that looked questionable, but I didn't push it, and upon unloading it had indeed shifted. Luckily everything was still okay, and my furniture had been wrapped well and all turned out okay--hence still a 5 star review. Just be mindful, and speak up if you're not comfortable with the way something is packed. The guys were really nice, and probably would have repacked the things that shifted so it was more secure, if I had been adamant about my suspicions. Thanks for the help loading my Ubox!

There was a disconnect between the movers and U-Haul, which delayed our unpacking by several hours. U-Haul did not ship the U-boxes closer to my location and the movers were unwilling to drive that long distance repeatedly to fulfill the order. I am not of the policies or standard of practice, so I cannot comment on who's to blame. Other than this confusion, the movers at Pete's completed the job fast, and were very personable. I would use them in the future! Thanks Pete!

The u-box was sent to Santa Maria instead of Santa Barbara which caused a delay. Another delay was caused when there was no forklift driver at the Santa Maria facility and someone had to be called in to move the u-box.
