Unfortunately they did not move the essential items up the stairs (chairs). Did not give any alternatives just said they couldn’t move the two chairs. Didn’t feel they were professional movers just hired workers with no experience as movers. Was not satisfied at all with there service.

Their leadership communicated multiple times prior to the move and made good on their commitment. Their TEAM members were cautious and productive. This was a great experience and I must commend Quality Movers for defying the norms of our devolved society and exceeding expectations.
