The team of three that helped us was very respectful and kind, but they were not very efficient nor did they pay close attention to the packing guidance (like which items were essential in a moving truck and which could go in another vehicle). We ended up having to pay for an additional hour (frustrating befause it was in part due to their more lackadaisical manner and their 10min break), and their efforts and care for our belongings clearly declined as the time passed. They also charged for another hour and attempted to leave after 45 min, neglecting that they were originally 15 min late. They didn't use enough of the provided moving blankets for our furniture, and we consequently had multiple pieces of furniture with scratches and superficial damage. I was pretty disappointed because the movers were otherwise very personable and kind.
